Hi, I’m Blanca,
I’m a licensed professional counselor, a certified positive discipline parent educator, and a professional with over 8 years of focus on evidence-based practices (as a clinician and a researcher). I also hold a certificate for Montessori in the Home from the Prepared Montessorian Institute and grew up as a Montessori child myself.
Above all, I am a parent who is right in the trenches with you.
I spent years as a child therapist wishing there was more I could do to build parents’ parenting toolkit to support healthy behavioral and emotional health from the start. I am finally pouring all my professional training into empowering parents with science-based tools to support the emotional development of young children from within your home. Through Whole Child Home, I now adapt everything I have learned through my training, what we know from psychosocial research, and what I have practiced to support other families and my own, to empower your journey at home.
